Why US Clinical Experience is Crucial:
Gaining clinical experience in the United States is instrumental for IMGs aspiring to pursue residency in the country. It not only provides exposure to the U.S. healthcare system but also allows you to build essential skills, network with professionals, and enhance your understanding of medical practices unique to the U.S. These experiences significantly contribute to a well-rounded medical education and strengthen your candidacy for future residency opportunities. Strong letters of recommendation from clinical preceptors can significantly enhance your residency application, setting you apart in the competitive medical field.
